It has a strong combat effect against monsters from the EX Deck, and for some reason it's not a bad effect, but it's a bit of a hell of a wait to bring in a ritual element just for this. If you use this card, the Recruit effect of High-ranking Wind Dragon is indispensable.
From the name, I would like you to aim for Armed Dragon's Special Summon, but Muji can only special summon Lv5, and Thunder can evolve with its own effect, and even if it reaches Lv10, it is vanilla even if it is called with this card. Rather, even after Special Summon, he may be more compatible with Gram, who can aim for resurrection from GY.
That said, there is a big question mark about the need to dare to incorporate a heavy ritual factor into any dragon. The writing is reasonable, but the atmosphere of the card is undeniable.
